Worship

At Esserville Church, we believe the purpose of music, singing, drama, and instrumentation is to lead all who gather in His house into an authentic worship encounter with God. Our goal is not to “perform” but to draw people into an attitude of praise and worship. We seek to set an atmosphere at every service that will prepare the hearts of the people to receive a Word from God through Pastor Travis or any guest who may be ministering.

Praise and Worship is an integral part of our worship service. Expression is an integral part of being human. Whether the praise is in the form of song, drama, or instruments, our goal is to demonstrate our love for God and our thankfulness for His goodness through creative expression. We believe praise and worship has the express purpose of ushering in the presence of God because the Word says God inhabits our praise.

Our ministry areas consist of the choir, praise band, drama team and musicians. We are always looking for dedicated people who are creative and willing to share their gifts with us, and be assured, if God has gifted you in this area, we are happy to enable you to utilize those gifts. Come join us!
