Young teens and pre-teens are some of the most optimistic people in the world. They maintain their capacity to dream, they deeply desire to see the best in others, and they want to make a difference. Yet most of them have experienced or witnessed the pain caused by divorce, abuse, betrayal, conflict, and poor choices. The older they get, the more they struggle to truly believe that God can provide hope in a hopeless world.

 

Fusion Zone exists to help students in 6^th – 8^th grades grapple with the issues they face on a daily basis by making a connection with other students, having fun, and learning about Jesus in real and relevant ways. Students will learn about why God allows each of us to make choices about Him and others, why God offers second chances through Jesus, and we can celebrate diversity in ways that honor God. We take an interactive and involved approached that gets our students talking, moving around, and seeking answers. Our goal is for those in Fusion Zone to fuse together as they grow in the Lord, connect with other believers, and do something with their gifts.
